Potato would like to gently remind you that we don't have to wait for the new year for a fresh start. After all, years are just a social construct created by hoomans. While the new year is a joyous occasion for many, there are also those who feel disappointment at not achieving their resolutions for the year or those who feel that life is still so hectic they are not ready to face the next year. *Hugs from Potato* We should not measure ourselves by our material achievements and productivity. Setting New Year Resolutions are an awesome thing and can be motivating. But if after a week or month you find yourself being unable to keep up, don't be discouraged- see what you can do differently or break down your goals into smaller steps! We can start again anytime. The new year ahead may seem daunting, but remember that we still live a day at a time, and 1 January is just another day with 24 hours.
