Potato would like to remind everyone that you can start again any time. It does not have to be the start of a new month or a new year to begin again. Often, we look back on the time that has passed and feel disheartened that we did not do enough or live up to our expectations. And then we spend the rest of the time caught up in these thoughts beating ourselves up. Remember that your worth is not measured by your productivity. Forgive yourself and tell yourself you can start right now- even if it is 8pm at night and you had an unproductive day, you can still do something now. If it is almost bedtime, you can create a list of what you intend to do tomorrow and have a good rest in preparation for the day. Every moment is a new start, and life is always only now!
